My relocation to Germany has enabled me to provide legal assistance in immigration and migration law matters, including residence law, employment-related migration issues, family reunification and administrative procedures in Germany.

I provide legal advice and representation in the field of social law, particularly in proceedings concerning pensions, early retirement pensions), social benefits, family benefits, and challenges against decisions issued by competent authorities, as well as in social court proceedings.
Furthermore, I assist clients with the preparation and submission of applications for social benefits ( child benefits, support payments, familiy-related benefits, and other social entitlements ), as well as objections and additional administrativ procedures before the competent authorities.
I offer legal advice, drafting of applications and appeals, as well as representation in administrative and court proceedings in accordance with the specific circumstances of each individual case.
