In 2000, I completed my law studies at the Faculty of Law “Nicolae Titulescu” in Craiova, Romania.Subsequently, I completed a two-year Master’s degree in the legal field.
In the same year, after passing the admission examination, I joined the Romanian Bar.I completed my practical training in a law office, and after passing the final bar examination in 2003, I was admitted as a lawyer in Romania.
In the same year, I founded my own law office “Scafă Cristina-Magdalena”, which continues to operate successfully to this day.
Later, I moved to Germany together with my familiy. Here, I initially completed intensiv German language courses.Afterwards, I focused on the recognition of my legal qualifications obtained in Romania.Following the legally prescribed recognition procedures and the successful completion of the corresponding examination, I was admitted to the Bar Association Celle pursuant to Section 2 (1) EuRAG.
Subsequently, I also opened my own law office in Germany and now practice law both in Germany and Romania.
Due to my dual admission, I am authorised to represent clients in both countries and to provide competent legal advice regarding Romanian and German law.
